I've included a little bit about my clinical focuses below. I specialize in a variety of counseling and psychotherapeutic interventions including EMDR, Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), ego state therapy, psychodynamic therapy, CBT, family systems work, Gestalt, mindfulness, narrative, and and EFT informed interventions. I utilize a holistic perspective.  Typically clients that choose to work with me do so because they want to broaden their understanding of their lives through the context of their history, improve their current situation and plan for a healthy future.

I offer sessions out of my office in Roseville, CA in Placer County and I can provide online counseling and online emdr for any resident of California.
